Career
Before joining VJG, I built an extensive career in tax and business law. I honed my skills at Deloitte and PwC, where I focused on tax advisory, and later at Sheppard Mullin, expanding my expertise in business law and corporate transactions. Later, I launched my own solo estate planning practice, demonstrating my entrepreneurial spirit and specializing in tailored wealth transfer strategies. This diverse background in both large firms and independent practice equips me with a versatile skill set that I now apply to provide comprehensive legal solutions at VJG.
Why You Decided to Practice and/or Continue Practicing This Type of Law
I chose to practice estate planning due to a personal experience that underscored its importance. When my grandparents passed away in quick succession without wills or estate plans, my parents struggled to locate assets and honor their wishes. Witnessing this challenging situation sparked my passion for helping others avoid similar hardships. By specializing in estate planning, I can provide families with the necessary tools to preserve their legacies and protect their loved ones, offering peace of mind during difficult times.
When You Leave the Profession, What Do You Want to Be Known For
I want to be remembered as a skillful, kind, and compassionate attorney who made a lasting positive impact on her community.
