Estate Planning and Administration Attorney

Necessary skills include the ability to:

  • Communicate effectively; 
  • Educate clients; 
  • Design custom estate plans utilizing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; 
  • Analyze and implement tax avoidance strategies; 
  • Facilitate the full spectrum of estate administration from client contact to strategy to court appearances if necessary; and 
  • Craft solutions using TEDRA. 

Candidates must: 

  • Possess a JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington; 
  • Have at least three years’ experience with sophisticated estate planning and administration; 
  • Be a self-starter possessing the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Compensation range: $90,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and current book of business. Our comprehensive employee benefits include:
