Something You Are Most Proud of Professionally
I’m proud of helping clients, often widows, protect millions of dollars of their savings through probate administration and litigation.
3 Things a Client Wouldn't Know About You
- My family has fostered dozens of kittens, bunnies and guinea pigs for the Tacoma-Pierce County Humane Society. At times our living room was basically a small farm. Very small.
- I’m quoted in a lexicographer’s book for my exemplary use of the term “and which.” This is an honor which is too obscure for anyone to care about and which I am proud of anyway.
- I recently went to Luxembourg with my family to see the homeland of my immigrant great-grandfather.
Why You Decided to be an Attorney
After a dozen years as a daily newspaper reporter, I wanted to move from writing about other people’s problems to solving them.
Why You Decided to Practice and/or Continue Practicing This Type of Law
I enjoy working with families to try to resolve issues with a minimum amount of stress and turmoil.
